Top3Percent.org - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of JPB Publications (owner of Top3Percent.org), and its members. JPB Publications, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.

1. Illegal activity: Members may not present Top3Percent.org promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by Top3Percent.org, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

2. Third-Party Liability: Top3Percent.org will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.

3. Terms and Conditions: reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.

4. Membership Fee: Our monthly membership fee is just $5.00 US, Non-Refundable.   We Accept payments through AlertPay, PayPal, and SolidTrustPay. The exact payment processors may be changed without notice. Each new member must pay the $5.00 monthly membership fee to become an activated member.

5. Cancellation/Termination of membership: Membership at Top3Percent.org is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of JPB Publications, with all future commissions or products usage forfeited. JPB Publications will only cancel/terminate a membership if it’s deemed that the member is operating in conflict with the terms and conditions stated on this entire page. Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with membership, and ownership of ANY privileges from membership will be reverted back to JPB Publications immediately following members cancellation.

MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELING THE SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT AT THEIR PAYMENT PROCESSOR, JPB PUBLICATIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELING THE MEMBERS PAYMENT PROCESSORS SUBSCRIPTIONS!

6. Relationship: A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of Top3Percent.org, or JPB Publications.

7. Disputes: Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws of Gage County, Nebraska, USA.

8. Tax: You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from Top3Percent.org or any program owned or promoted by JPB Publications.

9. Copyright Material: All branding, logos, and graphics contained within Top3Percent.org are copyrighted; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. JPB Publications provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.

10. Damaging Intent: Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to Top3Percent.org and/or its members, and/or JPB Publications, or any program owned by JPB Publications, will be terminated from Top3Percent.org. Depending on seriousness, JPB Publications may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

11. UCE/UBE or SPAM: Top3Percent.org strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of JPB Publications for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled, and ALL earnings will be forfeited.

12. Contact Information: It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date in the members area. JPB Publications will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.

13. Websites NOT ALLOWED in Top3Percent.org co-op: Members may NOT enter any type of website into the Top3Percent.org co-op that contains: pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity, spam, adult, dating, frame-breakers, hate, or ANYTHING that may be deemed offensive to the general public. Also, NO sites with more than one pop-up ad, paid-to-promote sites, and NO sites that do not allow the viewer to click off or close browser.

14. Privacy Policy: JPB Publications will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member, unless required by law. The information collected from members is soley for the use of JPB Publications, and will not be sold, rented, or shared to any other company.

15. Earnings Disclaimer: There is NO WAY that JPB Publications or ANY PERSON can predict, guess, state, guarantee, or reasonably assume your earning potential with Top3Percent.org! ANY reference to your earnings potential should NOT be a factor in your joining decision into the Top3Percent.org program! The "compensation plan" that is listed on the Top3Percent.org website is for illustrative purposes ONLY! Payments of earnings are made between the 1st thru 3rd day of each month ONLY when you have $10 or more in your Top3Percent.org account balance.
